Follow Fox Events is the trading name of MCG Entertainment VEMS – a company set up in 2014 that has brought the Irish public some of the most exciting and imaginative events the country has ever seen. While our name has changed to reflect our family focus, our team's commitment to excellence is unwavering.
We offer extraordinary, year-round, immersive events with a trusted reputation for storytelling and memory making. Step into our worlds of make-believe where limits do not exist and dreams are made real. Stand in awe at our giant, 12 ft woodland creations. Stare in wonder at our captivating light shows. Become mesmerized by our energetic and inclusive shows.
We are ambitious always, striving to constantly reach new standards both at home and abroad with events such as Santa’s House Express and Wonderlights.
We create community both through our dedicated, passionate workforce and our loyal customers who we are humbled to say, have enveloped our work into their annual family traditions. While no two seasons are ever the same, always expect the unexpected while reliving the memories from favourite scenes of years gone by.
OUR STORY -
FESTIVAL BAR SERVICES
Our founder, Alan McGuirk has over 30 years Senior Management experience in venues, events and festival operations. Alan heads a team of experienced bar and event professionals with a proven track record of delivering for their clients.
We are proud to have worked with some of the biggest and best promoters and service providers at some of Ireland's iconic festivals and concerts.
In 2023 alone, we provided daily licensing and festival bar services to over 950,000 concert goers at events such as Electric Picnic, At The Manor, Beyond The Pale, St Patrick's Festival, Malahide Castle Concerts, Marley Park Concerts, Kaleidoscope, Planet Love and Longitude.
SUSTAINABILITY & COMMUNITY
ACCESS AND INCLUSION
At Follow Fox Events we are committed to ensuring each event is inclusive and accessible to as many members of our community as possible. While most of our host venues are accessible to guests with disabilities, we do advise that some events may be situated in magnificent historic buildings or within natural forest environments where users of heavy wheelchairs may have difficulty in parts. We encourage our guests to get in touch in advance with their concerns and allow Follow Fox Events the opportunity to go above and beyond to facilitate requirements.
To provide greater flexibility and support for those with additional needs, we proudly offer specially adapted shows at designated dates / times, with reduced numbers and pricing which we subsidise ourselves. Most events also offer accompanying carer discounts. We also offer disabled parking and bathroom facilities.
SUSTAINABILITY
At Follow Fox Events, we actively work to reduce our environmental impact and. As organisers, we have a responsibility to be mindful of the environment and of the resources used on events.
We offer sustainability initiatives such as the use of efficient LED technologies, the promotion of public transport, waste minimisation, reusable cups at our festivals, electronic paperless ticketing and using HVO generators to power our light show.
By using the ISO 20121 standard, we are committed to improving the sustainability management practices across our events including fulfilling all legal and regulatory environmental, financial, and social obligations, and regularly evaluating procedures and compliance with such practices.
COMMUNITY
At Follow Fox Events, we are devoted to giving back to the communities that we operate in.
At an event level, we regularly donate to local schools, sports teams, children’s hospitals and charity events. Our aim is to find new and imaginative ways to get involved with the community.
At a group level, Follow Fox Events is engaging with key charity partners that we can provide significant support to.
