Perfect for little ghosts and ghouls, our daytime adventure brings Halloween to life with just the right amount of spooky fun. Both our Day and Night Experiences are family-friendly, with the daytime experience best suited to younger children or those who get spooked easily.

Journey along the Haunted Trail, encountering playful characters and surprises along the way – including Puck the Jester, Malahide Castle’s mischievous resident spirit.

Then step into The Samhain Forest, where ancient traditions, folklore and the spirit of Ireland’s original Halloween celebration come to life.

As dusk falls over Malahide Castle, the atmosphere changes and the stories of Samhain come to life. The Night Experience is also family-friendly, with a more atmospheric and immersive feel after dark.

Begin your evening with a journey along the Haunted Trail, encountering playful characters and surprises along the way – including Puck the Jester, Malahide Castle’s mischievous resident spirit.

Then step into The Samhain Forest and journey back in time, where ancient traditions, folklore and the spirit of Ireland’s original Halloween celebration come to life.
