Established in 2014, this will be our 12th year of Santa's House Express. Enjoy a train ride to Santa's Manor, story time & cookies with Mrs Claus and more exciting new additions, plus your old favourites.
FESTIVE MAGIC
Each family will have a private meet with Santa who will spend time chatting to you all. Santa will have a collectable cuddly toy for all the children, a beautiful premium & sustainable gift made from recycled materials
FESTIVE FUNFAIR
Enjoy all the fun and thrills at our festive family funfair. With two free ride tokens included with each child's ticket. Make a wish on our magical Wishing Tree.

In 2023 we celebrated a whole decade of bringing the joy of Santa Claus to Palmerstown House Estate.
Guests hopped on board the Santa’s House Express as magical train ride returned! Creating precious memories with a private family meet with Santa, storytime with Mrs Claus and lots's of fun with the Elves in Santa's beautiful Country Manor.
But that's not all - Santa had a gift for each child, cookies from Mrs Claus and a visit to the Winter Wonderland village complete with a festive funfair and food trucks. With Photo opportunities aplenty so these special memories can be treasured forever.
