Run, walk, bounce or crawl your way to the finish line - this is not a race but feel free to get competitive among your group!
10 EPIC CHALLENGES
With 10 gigantic inflatable obstacles spread throughout the course. Watch out for the foam cannons making it even trickier!
THE HYPE VILLAGE
A fun-filled area to get hyped beforehand and chill out after the run with group warm ups, street food vendors, live DJ’s, and fun & games for all to enjoy.

Get ready to bounce your way through IRELAND’S BIGGEST and most EPIC Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course!
The Big Bounce Challenge is a 5km fun run, featuring 10 of Ireland's biggest inflatable obstacles and gallons of foam!
Coming Summer 2024. Participants can take part just for fun, or those with a competitive streak can race their way to the finish line. Everyone who completes the challenge will receive a goody bag.
Groups of friends, families, colleagues, schools, sports & social clubs, and teams of all sizes are invited to take part. Children aged 7+ can participate. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. We offer a reduced rate for charity groups to take part and fundraise for their cause. Participants and spectators will be welcomed into our ‘Hype Village’, where there will be group warm ups, street food vendors, live DJ’s, and fun & games for all to enjoy.
